Review content:
We were in a panic as it was about 9pm on labor day and we had sewage water coming up in our shower. I called my family members for a plumber referral and my brother said he used Benjamin Franklin in the past and had a wonderful experience. I owe him big time. Not only was the call center informative but the plumber Ed they sent out was not only simpathic to our situation but very professional. He arrived in a white shirt, introduced himself but on his booties and assessed the situation. He informed us right away what the problem was and how he had to have an associate help him to resolve it. Ed reviewed the fee involved and got right to work. When they reached the problem they brought my husband to review the issue ( tree roots in the line) and advised him what we have to do next to resolve the issue for good. Even though it was a messy job and he left socking wet and very dirty he was a true professional. leaving he reviewed all the paperwork for the service performed as well as the work we have to have done. We look forward to working with him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future. I will with 2 thumbs up recommend them to any one who needs a professional, courteous plumbing service.
