Review content:
When I first visited their office I had to wait far past my appointment time before being seen by Dr. Washington. She did not accurately identify my prescription, thus giving me a pair of sample contacts that were incorrect. I was then forced to contact my previous optometrist to get my actual prescription and return to get a correct prescription.
My current supply of contacts ran out the following week, but I was told that my contacts would arrive in two weeks, so I wasn't all that concerned.
When two weeks had passed, I called back to find out if they had received my contacts and was told to wait another week. I explained that my current contacts were already past their due date and beginning to bother me, but the assistant did not seem to care or think that warranted them looking into when my contacts would arrive.
I have called back regularly since then and each time I have been told to give it a couple more day. When I explain my situation they are still unwilling to help me in any other way (find out a more accurate arrival date, get me a pair of sample lenses to tide me over, etc).
This is by far the worst optometrist experience I have ever had, and I don't even have my contacts yet!! I'm just hoping I will get them soon so I can find another optometrist.
