Review content:
1. Instant hot water faucet needed a part replaced. I had the part but the service man did not have the proper size tool(wrench) so he had to go to Home Depot to get the part. That was part of the 3 hours of service I had to pay for. Even after he had the part it tookI way too long to figure out how to replace it. Then when he had continuing trouble he had to call in to his boss to get suggestions on how to fix it.
2. I asked him to replace the rubber stopper in my disposal and he said they cant be replaced but he would have to replace the entire disposal. The unit is a heavy duty disposal and is only 5 years old - works fine The rubber stopper was messed up and nothing else was wrong with it. However when he went to Home Depot for the wrench he found that he could replace the stopper. I think he should have known about this and not tried to sell me a complete disposal replacement.
