Scranton Roofing replaced a roof for me. It came out fine. I have only good things to say about them. Paul sat down with me before the job and explained everything he was going to do, the materials that he was going to use. He was very well-prepared and it was clear that he knows what he is doing. It's clear that he doesn't do a bunch of other things, with roofing as one of them - he does roofing. He had given me an estimate and I told him he can't go $200 over the estimate. He promised he would get the job done at that price. He did it within the estimate to the nickle.
