I'm a remodeling contractor and for the last five years, I've sent my customers down to The Floor Club to choose materials because of their personalized service. Susan bends over backwards to make the customers happy. She has a very good eye for detail and design. All the time, my customers wind up purchasing materials down at the Floor Club. Expect a great experience! It's not like the box stores where there is no one to help you or a limited selection. The Floor Club has a great selection and the knowledge to help you with your project especially with remodeling, which is not cut and dry sometimes. They will point you in the right direction.
