I would NEVER EVER use these guys again and would not even recommend my worst enemy to use them!!! They do not seem to understand the concept of customer service whatsoever. If you are a woman especially they will treat you differently, if you are young, expect to be taken advantage of. I could not believe how their quote of 4,000 and two weeks total time could turn into over a month and well over 5,000!!! To this day I am not sure the car is completely taken care of. It stopped running the day after they gave it back to me when I was driving it, I am lucky I wasn't on a busy street. They never could give me a correct day that it would be done, every time they said they would give us a call, we had to call them and it was always the same story- oh, the part that they needed that time was defective, broken, was shipped to them wrong ETC... they NEVER took resposiblity for anything!
