I won't say that this establishment is absolutely perfect because I believe that no one is. However, I will say that they did a great job repainting my dad's '94 Jeep Wrangler. They even took care of some surface rust, and when I got it back, I found nothing to complain about.\r I had them take care of some small items on my '90 Mazda Miata. The paint match was perfect, and one small part they even did at no cost! Recently, I went to them to have some light rust repair done, and they gave me a discounted price for being a repeat customer! Patrick was a pleasure to deal with and is always polite and curtious. I would NEVER EVER use these guys again and would not even recommend my worst enemy to use them!!! They do not seem to understand the concept of customer service whatsoever. If you are a woman especially they will treat you differently, if you are young, expect to be taken advantage of. I could not believe how their quote of 4,000 and two weeks total time could turn into over a month and well over 5,000!!! To this day I am not sure the car is completely taken care of. It stopped running the day after they gave it back to me when I was driving it, I am lucky I wasn't on a busy street. They never could give me a correct day that it would be done, every time they said they would give us a call, we had to call them and it was always the same story- oh, the part that they needed that time was defective, broken, was shipped to them wrong ETC... they NEVER took resposiblity for anything! This business provides excellent paint and body service. The personnel were cheerful and prompt and gave us a 10% discount off any future services. We would not hesitate to use this company again for painting and body work. more
