Did not take my concerns seriously and ultimately my pet had to be put to sleep because they were not concerned enough about my descriptions of problems to advise more diagnostics. Dr. Gernhart is cheery but some of the vets have terrible "bedside manners". Too many "cooks" here as well, leading to poor continuity of care. Desk staff are either burned out or rude. This place was ok 5-8 years ago but has gone downhill. Found a new vet and the difference is night and day.
