Review content:
Someone had referred me to them. They came out and did a thorough investigation of the problem I had. The lights in our house would dim every time a power appliance was turned on. The first guy that came out couldn't identify the problem, and thought it was the energy company's problem. He didn't charge me a cent for coming out. I got the energy company to come out, and they found a difference in voltage coming in to the house from different areas but it was in their "normal range." I then found out about homeadvisor.com, so I put in my info and was looking for a second opinion and J M Electric came up again. Their head technician, Justin, called me personally and wanted to make sure it was right. He said he would come check it out, and he found the first issue the first guy had. He said he would take it upon himself to harass the electric company, and after two more visits out they finally identified the problem. It turns out it was their problem, and they came back two hours later and dug a hole in my hard. They found a neutral cable that had been gouged at some point and replaced it, everything has been good since.
