Both my husband and I made appts on the same day. We both waited beyond 30 minutes, then they told us they couldn't do the cleaning. We though okay they must be really swamped. They fixed a small cavity my hubby had, and told him he could use some other work not covered by our insurance. They rescheduled his cleaning. He went back and still waited about 20 minutes, only to be told it would be another 30 to have the cleaning.\r When I went in they told me I had some problems with old fillings, and that those have to fixed, which I don't doubt. They also told me I need a special cleaning for my gums, that my insurance doesn't pay for and that they will not do a regular cleaning at all until I do that. I told them I would not be able to pay for it for about a year or more, and they said no to the cleaning.
