I want to make it very clear that I am only writing regarding the office off of McBean Pkwy, NOT the Old Road where my regular dentist is. I got to the office like 5 minutes late, so I was worried that would put me behind. Come to find out I could've arrived 2 hours later and still wouldn't have been seen! I had to fill out some paper work, which is fine. But, I wasn't called into the office for almost 40 minutes. Then, once I was in the room, it was another 15-20 minutes for someone to realize I needed X-rays and impressions. Then I waited a while to be numbed. Once Dr. Soleheim (or however you spell it) came in to finally numb me, I thought we were getting the ball rolling. It was 12:30 at this point, my appointment was for 11:00. I know because I have the texts I sent my fiance'. At 1:07, yes 2 hours later, they still hadn't started! I found out that he and Dr. Yuen went to lunch!!! Can you believe it?? They numbed me up, then left to lunch! Then when Dr. Yuen finally
