Review content:
I was there last week, and GEEZ! all these people complaining are crazy! Yes, there was a little wait, but they were really prompt by letting me know as soonest i walked in. They kept checking on me to see if i was okay and giving me updates on how long it was going to take, once i was inside the assistant taking my xrays was really gentle and fast, the wait for the doctor was minimal, once he came in he also apologized for the wait, and asked me if there was anything bothering me or if i was in pain. We did the exam together, since they have the xrays right in front of you on the screen, he explained everything to my understanding and recommended some treatment, when the "money lady" came in she explained to me what my insurance covered and what was elective (cosmetic), i didn't feel any pressure on needing to do the upgrades, but at least they gave me my options. My experience was really good, better than the last ones i have at OTHER dental offices. I would DEFINITELY recommend this
