i was referred to this vet by someone who has also changed their views on how they work.1. i brought my cat in who has suffered from an eye injury since birth. i was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with her. she is now seeing another vet who does have her on eye treatment to stop her eye bleeding.2. i brought my dog in for shots and an exam and was charged for a fecal exam that never happened. we had also turned down this exam. it took two phone calls and an argument with the office manager to take this of my bill.3.i had a renewal prescription filled out for our dog. the doctor called and said it was done and ready to be picked up at the front desk. We stopped by after calling to confirm i was coming, and they then told me there was no such prescription. We were made to wait an hour until someone could get this sorted out. during this hour of waiting, one person walked out with her dog and said she could not believe she was made to wait 2 hours when she had an appointment. i e
