My sister and I had to take her dog to this clinic in the later evening for an emergency. I was completely shocked and upset by the service there. They did not act or look professional in the least. The exam rooms were out dated and dirty, the doctor who "helped" us, looked disheveled and had on broken glasses. They had to draw blood and take X-rays on our dog, and when he came back into the room, he was extremely upset. (he is the friendliest dog) He had a pocket of blood on his neck where they drew blood and bruises for days. I think they need some help there.
