Businiess name:  Wallside Windows

Review content:
Called Wallside to find out what was the going rate on double-hung, triple-paned vinyl windows. The manager refused to give me a price stating that the price was all wrapped up with the installation price. COME ON! Give me a break! There is a price for the window and there is a price for installation... and all I wanted was the going rate. How hard is that??? I can only assume that they wanted to get me in a corner with a "free" estimate so they could "hard-sell" their product (much like Hanson's). Of course I said that if he couldn't give me a basic price, then we can't do business and I hung up. Then I went to the BBB site on the web and tried calling Weathergard. The rep was right up front saying that their windows were construction grade and probably would be more than others and quoted a basic price for me. I was pleased that she was so open about it. Why couldn't Wallside do that????!!
