Review content:
The salesperson, installers, doors and windows are really nice. The installers were on time and cleaned up very nice. The only problem I had with the installers was they didn't allow me to inspect the windows after installing them. If that would have happend, I would have caught the minor problems (broken safty latch) before they left. The service after the sale is HORRIBLE!!! If your buying a window because of the warranty-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have a minor problem with the window & was told if I couldn't work around the schedule of the service man (be home at 8:00-9:30AM, because he wants to be home by 12:00)-than to bad. When I called back to customer service-they told me a could leave a message for the manager, but all she could offer me was the service mans hours or sometime on a Saturday (which the service man rescheduled me for a Saturday after I told him I worked every Saturday). As long as they don't have your money-they are great, but right after you pay-your nothing
