Review content:
We had 26 wallside windows installed 15 years ago. Good price,35 year warranty, decent job. Four years ago we noticed drafts around the windows and the largest window was the worst.They came out and did some kind of caulk/glue where the rubber seals had shrunk,and replaced the upper sash of the largest window making the replacement with the wrong number of mullion bars..but we accepted anyway.Now the window is almost impossible to open. They changed the weather stripping on most windows,though they no longer had that style. New stripping is larger and seemed to be better.Fast forward to today..more drafts..we taped plastic over all windows and it ballooned out full of cold air..or sucked tight to the window depending on which way the wind is blowing.(much warmer though ) Called Wallside,rep came out,saw plastic,said something is definitely wrong, most likely they will be replacing windows.Reciept he left had incomplete checked at the top,he said someone would be calling. No one called.
