I will never go there again. We have 15 year old cat we love very much . She is very sweet and very nerotic. Late one evening she started to urinate blood.So instead of waiting for the vet to open in the morning I wanted to take her to the West Houston Emergency Center.Big Mistake the Vet was rude and could have cared less because when she found out that we didn't want to run every test possible. She said ok and left the room , Never to return.We were told to give our cat one and a half pills two times a day for 14 days. 14 days!!!! I asked about a shot and the girl was like no the dr said this was all we could give you. You could tell the assistant felt bad about this. Long story short after 3 days of hell I took her to the regular vet and they gave her a shot for the 14 days. Oh by the way our bill that nite was 260.00
