Just got a dog , this is the first pet I have ever cared for so did not know much, wanted to get it checked out before I brought it around my kids, I took the dog into the VCA, first off the receptionist was the rudest person I ever met, you would think being around animals all day would make you smile and happy but I guess not, the price I was given at first doubled by the time I left for some reason still don't know why, second time I had to take my dog for a grooming and was told that the first grooming would be free and when I left that changed as well, I was told that I had to pay 48.00 because they only give free grooming to puppies only, I had a Shih Tzu that we did not know the age ,whatever, I put my dog in the car and when I get home I relize my dog has blood all over my car seat, her paw was bleeding like crazy I call the VCA and tell them they must have cut her nails to short and guess what they told me, she must have gotten excited when she got home because that will ra
