I almost took my cat here, but when I saw the facility, I quickly changed my mind. It is not at all clean. Then I read the reviews, and vowed never to take a pet here. \r

I make the much longer drive out to VCA Aurora for all my pets' care...it is also a VCA, but the difference is night and day! The facility in Aurora is clean, spacious, with *excellent* vets; the care is fabulous. \r

I highly recommend not going to VCA Bolingbrook, but don't assume all VCAs are bad - as I said, the hospital in Aurora is fabulous.
