Review content:
The owner?s name of the R & S branch in Richmond is Jim. I had a broken steel garage door in my commercial building. Jim gave me a fairly reasonable estimate. Unfortunately I forget to ask him for a time estimate for completing the job. After I signed the contract it took Jim FORTY DAYS to install the new door! BUT THIS WAS NOT ALL! The installers that Jim had sent to do the work they were not that experienced, they messed up the electronic door opener, Jim joined his crew to correct the problem, but he could not fix the electronic unit, and they left me with a broken electronic unit! I had to hire another firm to fix the electronic door opener! Jim was one of the most difficult people that I have ever done business with.
