I had a good experience in general making the appointment after the motor of my garage door broke. They contacted us to remind us of our appt and although they said that we would receive a photo of our repairperson in email, we never did, but that's no big deal. He showed up on time the next morning. He was very professional and efficient and seemed honest. He also did a full inspection of every square inch of the system as well. Although it was an expensive replacement, the new motor/system is amazing, extremely high tech and super quiet, security oriented, and safe (it is sensitive to retract if it hits something along the way). All in all, we certainly were satisfied with the experience.
