If one of the vets in this office tells you they do not know a lot about your animal, believe it. A few yrs back I took my daughters Bunny for a free visit/check up. The bunny had made some droppings on the table the assistant picked up and threw away. The veterinarian came in said he knew little about small animals? took the droppings out of the garbage and left. He came in a few minutes later and said the bunny was fine. As we went to leave we were billed $70 for lab work and disposal of the droppings the very same dropping taken from the garbage.\r The next day my daughter found her bunny dead from the same disease we were told he did not have. I called the office that day to tell them of the death of the bunny. I could not believe the response of ?So, what do you want me to do?. A complaint to the Veterinary board was pointless because VCA owns a large amount of clinics and hospitals and they were not responsive either. An apology was all I was looking for. Instead I
