If one of the vets in this office tells you they do not know a lot about your animal, believe it. A few yrs back I took my daughters Bunny for a free visit/check up. The bunny had made some droppings on the table the assistant picked up and threw away. The veterinarian came in said he knew little about small animals? took the droppings out of the garbage and left. He came in a few minutes later and said the bunny was fine. As we went to leave we were billed $70 for lab work and disposal of the droppings the very same dropping taken from the garbage.\r The next day my daughter found her bunny dead from the same disease we were told he did not have. I called the office that day to tell them of the death of the bunny. I could not believe the response of ?So, what do you want me to do?. A complaint to the Veterinary board was pointless because VCA owns a large amount of clinics and hospitals and they were not responsive either. An apology was all I was looking for. Instead I more

Very Expensive, but Dr. Flannagan is the best vet I've ever seen 5/11/2011

If you can afford it, Dr. Flannagan will almost definitely be the best vet you have ever had. Notice that none of the other reviews mention costs or prices. If you are rich and are willing to spend an unlimited amount of money on your pet then this place is for you.\r If not, this place seems to operate by getting as much money from clients as possible. Their services are fine and facility is clean. Vet techs are nice and helpful. But the prices are ridiculously expensive. I really don't understand how they can get away with their prices. Way above other vets. Even if you go with a first time client coupon, you will be amazed at how much they charge you. And they are consistently trying to sell more crap and unneeded services, even while waiting to see vet. With that said, Dr. Flannagan is by far the best vet that I have even heard of. His compassion, bed-side care, and determination to understand and work with the client's desires are unprecedented. Unfortunately, the other v more

VCA Animal Hospital in Glasgow is a great place for animals they care so much for your pet you would think they were a part of your family. I would highly recommend. more

extremely nice staff 12/4/2008

My dog is very aggressive and a one person dog. He hates the vet and the vca animal hospital tried to make my experience as easy and quick as possibly. Most people get annoyed with an aggressive dog and they tried their best to be-friend him. It was a potentially bad situation that was made easy. more

Wonderful experience! 12/1/2008

VCA Glasgow Animal Hospital was so very helpful when my pet had an emergency last year. My puppy had ingested antifreeze through the swiffer wetjet and they provided my pooch with loving care until she was healthy again. The staff is friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended. more
