Businiess name:  Furniture Exchange

Review content:
Be VERY sure that you want what you buy- they offer NO returns. \r \r I just bought 2 pieces of furniture from them last week and had not even picked them up from the store yet, but I happened to find the same pieces of furniture somewhere else for half the price that Furniture Exchange charged me. So I went in FE to ask if I could get my money back (seeing as how I had completely paid for the items but had not picked them up yet)- and they said no. All they'll do is give me a store credit, which is lame because I don't plan on purchasing anymore furniture (and especially not from a place as overprices as Furniture Exchange now that I know better). Their logic is that when I paid for the items, they ordered new ones to replace the ones that were sold to me. So I asked if they could hold onto my store credit until they sell the replacement items that were ordered when I bought my furniture and then give me a refund, and they said "No, it says on the receipt no returns or exchanges."
