I have been a student at this school for almost 3 years. I am on track to graduate by June (I have passed my 200s and am working on apprentice hours in order to be able to take the qualifier.) the staff has always been very helpful with ANYTHING I've needed. My favorite teacher is Mr. M, and I will defend him and the other staff members against anyone who would make rude comments about them. They're curriculum was slightly outdated when I started, but if you were focused and actually willing to commit yourself as a student it would not have impeded your scholastic performance.\r
Learning to be a court reporter is like learning a new language and trying master an instrument at the same time. Unfortunately, the majority of students who enroll there either do not have the physical ability to complete the program (ie the instrumental portion) or are too lazy to apply themselves scholastically and actually practice the material in order to pass speeds.
