Review content:
I have been going to Autotire, Arnold, MO for a couple years. However, recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I asked them to be sure to check my tire pressure at that time, because my tire pressure light was on. After I left, the light continued to stay on, and after 2 days, I brought my car back for inspection. They told me that all of the tire pressures were different (33, 37 etc). Obviously, no one had checked.\r ALSO, during the tire rotation, they scratched EVERY ONE of my alloy wheels with their impact socket, when removing the wheels for the rotation. Several gouges/scratches on each wheel.\r After contacting them a total of 3 times about it, they agreed to send out my wheels to have them fixed - - but I would be out of a car for 3 days. I'm a mother of two, and there is no sensible reason I should be inconvenienced like this, for an mistake they made. But I have to do it, because the current condition of the wheels have depreciated my car.
