Another review described, the manager, as arrogant and rude. I agree wholeheartedly with that statement. I would also add that he will tell you anything you want to hear, no matter how untrue, if it keeps you (and your money) from taking your business elsewhere.\r \r I recently took to my car to Autotire for a state inspection. My early morning appointment was made in advance. Two days before the appointment they called to reschedule because a technician would not be on duty. Fair enough, I rescheduled for later in the week at the same time. The evening before the appointment they called to reschedule me a second time. I'd already rearranged my schedule once and wasn't willing to inconvenience myself because of their poor scheduling. \r \r I'm not sure how long a state inspection is supposed to take but I scheduled the initial appointment for 7:30am so I could get in and out quickly. On the day of the appointment, I didn't get a call that the car was 'done' until 11:50. Upon arriva more

Cannot Recommend 12/15/2010

I have been going to Autotire, Arnold, MO for a couple years. However, recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I asked them to be sure to check my tire pressure at that time, because my tire pressure light was on. After I left, the light continued to stay on, and after 2 days, I brought my car back for inspection. They told me that all of the tire pressures were different (33, 37 etc). Obviously, no one had checked.\r ALSO, during the tire rotation, they scratched EVERY ONE of my alloy wheels with their impact socket, when removing the wheels for the rotation. Several gouges/scratches on each wheel.\r After contacting them a total of 3 times about it, they agreed to send out my wheels to have them fixed - - but I would be out of a car for 3 days. I'm a mother of two, and there is no sensible reason I should be inconvenienced like this, for an mistake they made. But I have to do it, because the current condition of the wheels have depreciated my car. more

This is a clean auto business with a good selection of tires. I recommend you first get an online quote, usally emailed back to you withn the hour, its the best way to get the bottom line price the fastest with the least amount of leg work and it will be the bottom line price. I tried to talk them down further but it was as low as they would go but it was also lower than any other place and there price included everything including desposal of old tires and all the little stuff other places tag on and get you on, its all in there price already. They were nice and I would go back again and again for oil changes and rotations. Willing to do email with husband serving in Iraq to note the work done on car and why it was needed. PROS: Bottomline pricing includes everything CONS: took a while due to being busy but called when finished more
