Review content:
I just had a new furnace & new air conditioner installed by Art & Justin. It was simply the best home service experience I have ever had! It began with Ben who came to repair the a/c which was original to the home. Armed with plenty of useful, factual information that Ben presented to me in a patient, non-pushy way, I decided to purchase new.
Day 1 of installation began promptly with actual red carpets covering my own from the front door to the furnace room. Both men kept their boots covered each & every time they went in and out as well :-) They worked together & steadily all day long, as well as the next day. Art & Justin were consummate professionals in every way they could be: polite, pleasant, respectful, & hard working. A huge part of my experience was how these men worked with my dogs... I deeply appreciated how they listened to my instructions. By the end of the 1st day, both dogs were either napping alongside them or bringing them a toy to play with! It's so comfortable to know there's a company out there who responds to each customer's needs in all the ways necessary. I've been a customer for about 4 years now & wont be going anywhere else.
