Terrible! I would not reccomend anyone to this office! I went for one exam and problem and I will never go back! There was virtually no history and physical taken. They did not listen to his chest (hear and lungs) they did not look at his eyes, ears, gums! They did not ask what food he eats or if there have been any changes in his bowels or other functions. They did not pet him or talk to or about him. They did a test and told me they would call with the results. They left a message at my home to call for the results. I called at 8:32 am, 12 noon, 5pm and 7pm. I waited until 10 am the next day and drove to the office to pick up my results and go to another much more thorough and caring vet. The lack of phsyical examine is bad practice and comes accross as bad bedside manner for a Dr. Shame on you!
