Lynn was extremely helpful in assisting with the design of the flooring as well as giving advice on all phases of the installation. I am so happy with my new hardwood floor and for the help with my DIY floating hardwood floors that I recently finished. I would definitely recommend Lynn and Ralph Opfer for their high level of knowledge, customer service and excellent value.
