This is not a real alarm company. Their products do not work. The business next to mine went bankrupt, I took over the alarm system to keep it active. Due to the amount of work it took the intruders to go into the next door location and based upon the entry point, the burglars spent at least twenty minutes in the adjacent building. The alarm from this company never tripped. I called to verify and was told that they had no record of the alarm going off. Stay away from this company if you actually want protection. I should have realized this when they sent me the contract, it was not prepared in a professional manner and the representative who I dealt with was lackadaisical and carefree. I explained to him the history and clarified the importance of their alarm being active and functional. The last time we where burglarized the same thing happened, their alarm did not trip at that time either. For your own protection and peace of mind, find a real alarm company. We have been using one of the larger alarm companies and they are not perfect but at least their product works and they call quickly when the alarm is triggered.
