Equity Building Inspection preformed the inspection on my Town Home last year.
I found them to be extremely professional. The inspector was on time to the job site and he took his time to explain his findings to me and what my options are.
He check things I would never have thought to have checked. He discovered things with his modern test equipment that you cannot detect with the standard inspection tools.
They tested for Mold damage, Heat/Electrical problems and for water damage, anyone of these could become a big problem if left unchecked too long.
I was duly impressed with their service. I certainly will not hesitate to recommend Equity Building Inspection in the future to my friends, family members or anyone in need of a Home Inspection
