Equity Building Inspection preformed the inspection on my Town Home last year. I found them to be extremely professional. The inspector was on time to the job site and he took his time to explain his findings to me and what my options are. He check things I would never have thought to have checked. He discovered things with his modern test equipment that you cannot detect with the standard inspection tools. They tested for Mold damage, Heat/Electrical problems and for water damage, anyone of these could become a big problem if left unchecked too long. I was duly impressed with their service. My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that our inspector provided. It is our first home and he was very patient with us. \r \r It was great that he could provide us with an on-site report since we were in a bit of a time crunch with the sellers. The report was very detailed with pictures of problems he came across.
