Review content:
We had a bee's nest 30 feet up in a tree and several of the bees were in a pile on the ground in our yard. We had no idea what kind of bees they were or what to do to get rid of them. We started calling bee removal companies. The first few we called either didn't answer their phone or said they could only remove the bees that were on the ground. Then, we reached Pinnacle. Mr. Hardiman said he would come out and assess the situation. He arrived within an hour in a car that clearly displayed that it was a Pinnacle vehicle. He told us the bees were honey bees and explained their habitat and behavior to us and recommended we contact a local beekeeper to remove and he explained they typically do it at no cost. Mr. Hardiman went on to explain the value of the bees and how his company would not want to see them killed because of their environmental value. He gave us the name of a local beekeeper and even suggested I put toothpaste on a bee sting I received which really worked at taking the sting away. Before the day was over, a beekeeper arrived, climbed the tree, removed the nest and took the bees away at no charge to us. I have to give a well deserved thank you to Pinnacle for their outstanding service and help in this matter. After talking to a few of the other pest services I was completely convinced that Pinnacle offers nothing but the best in quality customer service.
