After buying a house close to the river, I learned there had been rodent problems in the attic. I called Paul at Pinnacle. He came over in short order, even though it was the Christmas holidays. He identified two problem areas and gave me a thorough estimate for clean up and on-going service. The clean up crew was terrific pulled up bad insulation, cleaned out both areas (attic and garage) and replaced damaged insulation. They canvassed the entire house to make sure there were no places for entry anymore. They placed traps to make sure there were no more issues and my service rep, Andre, checked the traps every three days. It's been a very good experience and I feel like my creepy problem has been well taken care of. Good customer service. Good folks.
