I found this guy Greg Bowman on Craigslist and he seemed nice enough in the beginning, but dont be fooled. He is a liar and a cheat. He took 3x longer than planned to do the job as he hardly ever showed up to work on it for some unknown reason. He would say he's going to do something but not do it and then when you ask him about it, he has an excuse and promised again to do it but still doesnt. Then he tried to charge me double. He made a mess of everything, did low quality work, was not reachable of course when I wanted it corrected and several things that were included were not done at all! Even my neighbors were appalled at the delays and mess he left in the yard. I could not get him back over to finish the job as he ignored all my calls after he got his money from me. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against hiring this individual.
