Wow, I'm glad to know I'm not the only person with this experiance! Asset is so aweful to deal with, so much so, that I will never go back to Portland Advewntist, because they use Asset! My husband works for the school district, and is out of work for 4 1/2 months out of the year, when I make payment arangements, I always keep this in mind and make sure I don't bite off more than we can pay. I tried to make a payment arangement with Asset, which they continue to reject (because it isn't a high enough ammount for them, though they are the ONLY ones I have EVER dealt with to do this!) Most people are happy to recieve money and steady pay, this company is the lowest of low! I continue to explain that I can not pay what they ask for, and I continue to send them my payment, and they are now starting to threat garneshmnet (even though I am making payments to them) .... on a side note... SCCS (also works with Portland Adventist) is the most amazing agency I have ever dealt with. They are so kind and understanding, and always take what we can afford. I make sure I call them AFTER I have dealt with Asset, because it helps make me feel better to know that not all companys are creeps! I really wish the hospitals would get a clue and read reviews, and recognize that these companys ""representing"" them, are not doing them any favors!!!!
