I had a same day appointment my dog who is about 13 years old was having trouble with the stairs Dr Javic was great gave me some arthritis meds to try for Jamie that unfortunately didnt work we added one but still not much improvement. I asked about Previcox a med that she was on in the past but they didnt carry. He gave me 2 packs of samples that last me two months. Saving me a good amt of $$. Unfortunately my visit was almost ruined my Dr. Mark Esser who owns the practice. My visit cost almost $500 and I was using care credit which makes it affordable for unexpected costly visits like so. Over $300 most vets will give you 18 months as a option. Rothman is auto set at 6 months. It's a big difference. They called the office manager who happens to be Dr Esser's wife who wouldnt change to the 18 months, but I wouldnt give up. I had purchase over $180 worth of stuff that I didnt have to purchase there and when I got on the phone with Dr. Esser who made a mistake and told me it was cost hime $50 instead of $25 if he lets me get the 18 months. In the end I got what I wanted but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be taking my cat prob to Dr Javic but hope I dont have to deal with the money hungry Dr Esser again hes rude!!!!!
