My husband and I recently rented an apartment through Loryanna DiMaio. Ms. DiMaio was able to get us in to see the apartment we were interested within a few hours of our first call. She worked with the landlord on lease riders we needed (and got that worked out painlessly) and coordinated with the current tenants about leaving baby gates in place. After we had already provided the check, we asked if we might return to the apartment to take measurements so that we could order some furniture. Not only was she able to arrange it, when we asked if we could go in earlier than we had agreed she was able to arrange that as well. We haven't yet moved in and finished everything up, but very good experience so far.
