Ok if you don't have an emergency or don't care about personalized service. The atmosphere of the clinic is nice at first, until you realize that the people there don't really care about you or your pet, just how much you can spend. Vet's husband is business manager and they have 4 kids. Felt pressured to do treatments and purchase specialty food. Did not feel like I was part of the decision making process for the care of my pet. Your phone calls go unreturned, especially after hours during an emergency when they say they are available. Don't expect a ""nurse"" or vet to call you back either, a ""customer service specialist"" will give you lots of excuses and explain that everyone is too busy to speak to you, unless you make an appointment for an exam.
