Ok if you don't have an emergency or don't care about personalized service. The atmosphere of the clinic is nice at first, until you realize that the people there don't really care about you or your pet, just how much you can spend. Vet's husband is business manager and they have 4 kids. Felt pressured to do treatments and purchase specialty food. Did not feel like I was part of the decision making process for the care of my pet. Your phone calls go unreturned, especially after hours during an emergency when they say they are available. Don't expect a ""nurse"" or vet to call you back either, a ""customer service specialist"" will give you lots of excuses and explain that everyone is too busy to speak to you, unless you make an appointment for an exam. more

Very Caring 3/16/2011

I was recommended to this clinic by a friend. Before actually being my Fur Babes in, I stopped in on a whim and toured the facility. The clinic is well manned and well equiped!! Willow Creek has the latest tools to handle a vast amount of procedures. Dr. Shaller and her staff are very professional and curtious.\r When I did return with my babes, the staff was amazing. My older pup normally would not allow anyone to clip her nails, her staff accomplished this without stressing her out to much (some is to be expected). And my youngest made friends with the staff. and other pups in the waiting area. \r I have never see a staff so involved with the care of my pets. They treated them as though they were their pups. I would recommed this clinic to Anyone in the area. \r \r Thanks Dr. Schaller and Staff!!\r \r China and Winston's Mom more

Horrible Treatment. 1/10/2011

I have never in my life been treated so badly. My dog needed to have a serious surgery and I had to be referred to another clinic (which was probably the best thing ever). Upon the diagnosis, Dr. Schaller told me that I was too young to be taking care of my dog and that I needed my parents to stop being lazy and do their job. I am in my 20s, well beyond the age to need parent supervision. I can provide for myself and take care of my own animal! She needs to keep her snotty comments to herself. And then she continued to tell the referred vet of the other clinic lies about the case of my dog. Straight up lies that she assumed based on the case, disease of the intestines is common and out of my hands. She acted as though I had planned for my dog to get a disease of his intestines and then think that I wanted him to suffer. Hello, I took him to be checked out as soon as I started noticing, do you really think I would pay so much money to get him help if i wanted to see him suffer? She just thinks that she is a know it all about everything. Its hard enough to listen to her talk in the patient room. She uses so many scientific terms that are in reference to the animals that really she could be saying I found poop on the floor instead of giving answers to the problem. Since I have left, I have noticed that my other vet uses these terms but continues to explain them so that I understand what all is going on. Its like Dr. Schaller just wants to sound superior and what not. I mean I have a BS in Biology and understand very much, but just didn't concentrate in animal science and therefore we, the general public, would not understand completely. She hardly spends any time also with you the client. She just rushes in and then rushes out. I understand she is the only vet in the office, but I am paying you for your services. You can at least stay a little longer to explain what is going on.\r \r Just stay away from Bragg st. and use the other local vets, I haven't had a problem yet since I have left. more
