I have never in my life been treated so badly. My dog needed to have a serious surgery and I had to be referred to another clinic (which was probably the best thing ever). Upon the diagnosis, Dr. Schaller told me that I was too young to be taking care of my dog and that I needed my parents to stop being lazy and do their job. I am in my 20s, well beyond the age to need parent supervision. I can provide for myself and take care of my own animal! She needs to keep her snotty comments to herself. And then she continued to tell the referred vet of the other clinic lies about the case of my dog. Straight up lies that she assumed based on the case, disease of the intestines is common and out of my hands. She acted as though I had planned for my dog to get a disease of his intestines and then think that I wanted him to suffer. Hello, I took him to be checked out as soon as I started noticing, do you really think I would pay so much money to get him help if i wanted to see him suffer? She just thinks that she is a know it all about everything. Its hard enough to listen to her talk in the patient room. She uses so many scientific terms that are in reference to the animals that really she could be saying I found poop on the floor instead of giving answers to the problem. Since I have left, I have noticed that my other vet uses these terms but continues to explain them so that I understand what all is going on. Its like Dr. Schaller just wants to sound superior and what not. I mean I have a BS in Biology and understand very much, but just didn't concentrate in animal science and therefore we, the general public, would not understand completely. She hardly spends any time also with you the client. She just rushes in and then rushes out. I understand she is the only vet in the office, but I am paying you for your services. You can at least stay a little longer to explain what is going on.\r

Just stay away from Bragg st. and use the other local vets, I haven't had a problem yet since I have left.
