LOST A CUSTOMER!\r
On a recent purchase, the salesman, Charlie Johnson, was very helpful. He even helped us coordinate details of the deal over the phone so the Finance Department had everything they needed to prepare the paperwork. We let everyone know we would be there at a certain time so that my husband could drop in, “sign the paperwork quickly” and return to work. He waited so long to see someone that other employees were asking “are you still waiting?” In fact, multiple employees asked multiple times. Finally, after pacing in front of salesmen who were discussing where to get food and other employees were standing around as if they had nothing to do, he, with his bag of cash announced, “I want to buy a car but no one will take my money!”. He finally signed papers after four hours passed, hundreds of dollars of wages were lost, and an inordinate amount of frustration developed. Don’t expect good service from this dealer!\r
