I found European Car Care on the web and decided to use them because of their location and the fact that they specialize in European cars. I have been using them for about a year now and they have done work on both of my European cars as well as my Lincoln and my Nissan.
They are dependable in terms of fixing things and they are very friendly. They do a good job. My Jaguar needed a complete tune-up because it had been sitting around for a year, and they got that up and running. They replaced the air bags and fly wheel on my town car and did an oil change and flush on my Nissan.
If you're not satisfied and you bring the vehicle back, they will complete the job to your satisfaction. They did an alignment for me and, when I brought it back, they tweaked it a little better. Also, their rates are very reasonable, which is another reason I keep going back to them.
