European Car Care

I've recommended European Car Care to a lot of people. About four years ago I had a Bob Tail Truck, I took it to a guy and had him totally rebuild the engine for me. About nine months later, it blew up. I was going to sell it, but one day when I had taken my car into Glenn for service, I was telling him about my truck. He talked me into bringing it in for him to check out. I had it towed over and he ended up discovering that the engine had never been rebuilt at all! He told me it was a junk yard engine and then went on to tell me what else hadn't been fixed. I asked Glenn to do a recorded testimony about all the things he found that were wrong with my truck. I ended up taking the other guy to small claims court to get my money back. We ended up settling the case, mostly due to Glenn's help. I hired Glenn to fix my truck, which he did at a really good deal, and it ran great. I think Glenn is great and highly recommend him to anybody. Both my wife and my daughter go there too. more

I had gone to the dealer and it was way overpriced. So I asked my neighbor who is knowledgeable about cars and he said that European Car Care is the only place to go. I've been going there for five years and Glenn now takes care of my Jag and Volkswagen. He's trustworthy and does extra special things. The employees are the same way and give off a family feeling. I just got home with my car and found a black plastic bag with a corona beer bottle cap in it. I don't know what type of people they have working there but what kind of company let their workers drink in customers cars? I will never go there again and we be telling everyone about this. more

I found European Car Care on the web and decided to use them because of their location and the fact that they specialize in European cars. I have been using them for about a year now and they have done work on both of my European cars as well as my Lincoln and my Nissan. They are dependable in terms of fixing things and they are very friendly. They do a good job. My Jaguar needed a complete tune-up because it had been sitting around for a year, and they got that up and running. They replaced the air bags and fly wheel on my town car and did an oil change and flush on my Nissan. If you're not satisfied and you bring the vehicle back, they will complete the job to your satisfaction. They did an alignment for me and, when I brought it back, they tweaked it a little better. I drive 75 miles to utilize European Car Care's service. They are extremely knowledgeable with respect to the cars that I have serviced there. They are resourceful when getting parts when it is necessary instead of just going to the dealer. They provide wonderful, quality service in a timely fashion for economical prices. I have been going to Glenn approximately 5 years. If you are looking for quality service, honesty, and dependability in an independent car service, you can't beat European Car Care. Out of all the shops I have been to, European Car Care are the greatest. They are really into customer care. They take care of everything, and they tell you the truth. They do not tell you you need this and that like other companies do. I have been using them for about 3 years already and they work has always been done really well and they are pretty fast, too. more

I have been here a few times and always had a great experience, Glen (Owner) and his mechanics are awesome, i have saved so much money compared to the BMW Dealership Repairs that i used to pay for.
