DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! Kading Properties are SLUMLORDS. All they care about is the money! They don't fix anything and won't spray for bugs. In this day and age, there's no excuse for people to be expected to live with cockroaches. The manager Heather is mean spirited, she doesn't care about you as a human, you're just money in her pocket. Most of the people they rent to are low lifes which cause the good tenants nothing but grief. My children have been physically assaulted, a gun was pulled on one of my kids and neither the cops or Kading did anything about it. They don't do background checks so who knows who you're living amongst. Tenants with dogs let them run all over and dog feces everywhere. Also I have had several dogs run into my home when I opened it to leave. Most of the kids here are left to run wild, throwing rocks at windows, knocking on your door and windows all hours of the day and night and then running, opening peoples car doors and leaving them open, taking your things from your yard, cussing and causing havoc. Heather is well a where of all these things and just doesn't care to do anything about it. Drive by several times at different times, especially when kids aren't in school and see for yourself. Call the police and ask them what types of problems go on here. HIGHLY ""not recommended"" DO NOT RENT! Save yourself and your family from this hell and rent elsewhere.
