One of the movers seemed to be coming down off a meth high. Angry. Impatient. Started off by putting a doorknob hole in my wall. I should have put a stop to the move then and there. As the day went on he just got worse and worse - damaged my television, broke the glass on my best piece of art, lost things. The senior mover on the crew did nothing to manage this situation -- even said, ""How do we know that hole wasn't already there?""
The worst part: The owners at Priestley took no responsibility for any of it. Wouldn't even really talk to me. Demoralizing experience all around.
