We had a bit of an unusual situation...My wife and I rented a villa at Sea Pines in Hilton Head the week after receiving our Pedago Tandem bicycle. The bike worked well at home before we left Virginia and travelled well through very hard rainstorms on the way to Hilton Head. The second day of our vacation the motor stopped and I called Pedago on Monday and they overnighted a new throttle...Still didn't work so the next day they overnighted a new modulator...Still didn't work...So the next day they overnight a new cable, throttle, and modulator and IT WORKED! The problems was a short in the cable. Pedago saved our vacation and we spent hours riding the bicycle paths near Harbor Town and the rest of Sea Pines.
I can't tell you how impressed my wife and I are with the responsiveness of the Pedago team. And I learned later, that the person who guided me through the challenge of fixing the problem 2,000 miles away (California to South Carolina) was Terry, one of the owners of Pedago!
