My wife commented that her racing bike was uncomfortable to ride (she's had the same bike since 1984), and I dropped the seat on my Pedego Comfort Cruiser and let her ride my bike to see what it was like. Within an hour, we were at Talbot's Cyclery in San Mateo, CA and she bought her own Pedego....in purple, of course. Terri helped us with the test ride and she was very knowledgeable about Pedego bikes. This experience was SO FAR SUPERIOR to the experience that I had when I bought my Pedego at another bike store...a little further south (elitist biker attitude or incompetent...not sure which). If you are in the market for a fun bike, get a Pedego from Talbot's Cyclery in San Mateo.
