Review content:
Drain Doctor are very nice people, but in terms of reliability, it's a little in question. But they're very nice, especially Tom's wife Donna. Tom's overall a very nice man, as well.
They came by to repair a water jetting problem with my pipes, and there was a slight complication after the fact. One of the pipes they manipulated got loose and fell in the basement. We had some flooding, which they rectified within about 48 hours.
Other than that water jetting, we have had no problems and overall they did a pretty good job even though it's only been a week and half. Everything seems to be in good standing, the service was just a little questionable.
RESPONSE FROM Drain Doctor:
The line in question was held up with a bungie strap prior to the hydrojet. Dispite of this fact we repaired the pipe at no charge.
